That’s why we’re introducing One-on-One Fitness Coaching: to pair you with a real-life coach who creates a plan that works for exactly what you need, so you can feel supported and stay accountable to your own journey. Along with our expert in-class coaches, AI-powered form feedback, and variety of workouts and programs, you can feel, more than ever, that Tempo has your back and is guiding you along your fitness journey.
When a coach listens to you, helps you set goals, and adapts your plan to keep you moving, you’re more likely to see real results. More than 70% of the Tempo members who’ve tried One-on-One Fitness Coaching so far have said they worked out more frequently with the support of a coach, and 89% had a better understanding of how to use Tempo to achieve their goals.
So, how does it work?
➤ First, you select your coach. During onboarding in the app, you can browse the profiles of our certified fitness trainers, review their style, specialty, and experience, and select any coach you feel best fits your needs.
➤ Next, you schedule your fitness assessment. Once you’ve selected a coach, you book a 30min video chat or phone call with them to discuss your goals, current routine, and lifestyle so they can start to get to know you.
➤ Get your personalized plan. Your coach will create a plan for you with specific Tempo classes that fit your schedule, experience, and preferences.
➤ You work out, check-in, and adjust: Sometimes, you need a little more guidance, on-the-fly adjustments, or just an extra nudge to make a plan and stick with it. With in-app messaging, you can message your coach any time to check-in, adjust your plan, or celebrate wins. Every 3 months, you can set up another 30min virtual session with your coach to recalibrate your plan and discuss new goals.
