For any friend you refer who purchases a Tempo Studio using your referral code, you will receive 3 months of membership for free and your friend purchasing the Tempo Studio will receive $150 off their $1995 Tempo Studio purchase. There is no limit on the number of referrals until December 31, 2020. After December 31, 2020, get rewarded for up to 10 referrals per year.

How It Works

• Eligible Tempo members will be invited to join the referral program via email. In the email, you will be prompted to visit the Tempo Referral Program webpage and enter your email address and the email addresses of the friends you would like to refer.
• Each friend will receive an email letting him/her know that you have referred him/her. The email will include a unique code that must enter during checkout. If there is a $1995 Tempo Studio in the cart, a $150 discount will appear in the cart. With the purchase of multiple Studios, the referral code will automatically adjust to honor multiple purchases. Code expires within 14 days.
• Once your friend completes the checkout process, your account will be charged $0 over the course of the next 3 months, once a qualifying purchase is completed. The $0 monthly charge will appear in the next billing cycle, which may take up to 30 days after the referee has purchased a Studio.

Eligibility

• All active Tempo Studio customers are eligible to participate in this program. “Active” customers are Tempo Studio owners with active memberships and other Tempo Studio users in their households.
• The referral code must be entered at the time of purchase. We cannot honor the credit after the time of purchase.
• You may not distribute your referral codes for any commercial purpose or otherwise publicized for use by the general public or on sites where you are not the primary owner and operator. Tempo reserves the right to refuse to honor referral codes and/or terminate your eligibility for this program if Tempo suspects abuse (such as posting your referral code to deal or coupon aggregator sites, review sites or videos, etc.).

Restrictions and Limitations

• Valid for Tempo Studios purchased in the United States only.
• If your Tempo account expires, terminates for any reason or is suspended, your rewarded 3 monthly membership will expire. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash value. In addition, Tempo may at any time refuse to honor a referral code if Tempo believes you have violated these rules, and Tempo will have no liability to you for any such refusal.
• Any abuse of this offer, as determined by Tempo in its sole discretion, may result in the rescission of the referring customer’s referral reward and the inability to participate in this or future programs.
• Tempo may choose to restrict the applicability of referrals at any time. For example, any programs for which a Tempo Studio is loaned, given away, or otherwise provided as part of a special promotion may not be included in this Referral Program.
• The $150 referral code must be entered at the time of purchase.
• Eligible Tempo members can refer up to 10 people per year. The count will reset every January 1st.
• The $150 off referral code is only applicable to Tempo Studio purchases. It does not apply to accessories-only purchases, like additional weight-plates and bands.
• The 3 months free membership referral reward is non-transferable
• Tempo reserves the right to modify, change, update or terminate this program at any time. Tempo shall have the sole and exclusive right to resolve all disputes between two or more referrers or referees, and all determinations by Tempo shall be final and binding. Tempo reserves all of its rights under the Tempo Terms of Service and all other applicable Tempo policies.
• Referral codes have no cash value.
• Referral rewards cannot be applied to previous account charges, are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
• For cancellations and returns that are accepted per Tempo’s return policies, the referral code and reward will be null and void; credits will be rescinded.
• Void where prohibited.
