What is the difference between a new Studio and a Renewed Studio?
A Renewed Tempo Studio is a professionally refurbished version of a Tempo Studio with a custom equipment package not sold elsewhere.
Do you offer a 30-day trial for a Renewed Tempo Studio?
No. At the moment, we are not accepting returns for Renewed Tempo Studios. Each sale is considered final.
Do I need to purchase a warranty?
No. Renewed Tempo Studios are eligible for a 3-year limited warranty.
Can I get white glove delivery for a Renewed Tempo Studio?
Yes. Select “White Glove” delivery during checkout. If you select “Standard Shipping” we will still get your renewed Studio to your doorstep.
Is this a custom accessory package?
Yes. It includes a barbell, which the starter package does not, but does not include the folding bench or heart rate monitor found in the plus package.
