Tempo weights are color-coated, so our 3D sensors can automatically recognize them while you work out. There’s no need to log your weights.

We coat our steel weight plates with a non-toxic polymer that feels soft. They’re built to last, save your floors from damage, and look great.

Tempo dumbbells and barbells* have knurled, non-abrasive handles, so they won’t slip out of your hands or irritate your skin. Our dumbbells can be loaded up to 42.5lbs and our barbell* can be loaded up to 255lbs. Coated in chrome, they’re also resistant to corrosion.

Which Studio equipment package is right for me?

It depends on where you are on your fitness journey! Here’s what we recommend:

Pro: for anyone looking to deeply commit to strength training and heavy lifting and who wants to use Tempo as their primary workout source.

How does Studio delivery work?

We coordinate an in-home delivery date with you, bring your Studio into the room of your choice, and get it all set up for you.

Do I need to use Tempo weights?

No, but our sensors only count reps, recognize weights, and correct form when you use Tempo weights.

How do I return a Tempo Studio?

1. Contact us: Email hello@tempo.fit. After a brief survey we will start the process on our end to get the unit out of your home.
2. Package with care: You will receive boxes to pack up the accessories.
3. Schedule pickup: Our local delivery partner will contact you to find a date and time to come retrieve the Studio and accessories.
