30-Day Trial Period

Tempo members can contact Member Experience here, by email at, or via phone at 415.964.2975 to cancel their Tempo membership at any time within the first 30 days of membership.

Pausing Your Membership

You may pause your membership for up to 3 months, continuously or cumulatively, per 12-month period. Pausing your membership does not count towards your 12-month commitment. You can pause your membership by contacting Tempo at or via phone at 415.964.2975

Cancelling Your Membership

After the first 30-day "risk-free" trial period, your cancellation terms may vary based on your membership status:

➤ If you are renting your Tempo Move: you may cancel your membership and return your Move at any time. Visit Returns for instruction.

➤ If you purchased a Tempo before November 24, 2022: you may cancel your membership at any time

➤ If you joined after November 24, 2022 and did not pre-pay for membership: you may not cancel your membership before the 12 months have elapsed. 

➤ If you pre-paid for membership: you may cancel your membership at any time but are not eligible for a refund for your pre-paid membership
