30-Day Trial Period

Tempo members can contact Member Experience here, by email at hello@tempo.fit, or via phone at +1 (833) 966-1777 to cancel their Tempo membership at any time within the first 30 days of membership.

Pausing Your Membership

You may pause your membership for up to 3 months, continuously or cumulatively, per 12-month period. Pausing your membership does not count towards your 12-month commitment. You can pause your membership by contacting Tempo at hello@tempo.fit or via phone at +1 (833) 966-1777

Cancelling Your Membership

After the first 30-day "risk-free" trial period, your cancellation terms may vary based on your membership status:

➤ If you are renting your Tempo Move: you may cancel your membership and return your Move at any time. Visit Returns for instruction.

➤ If you purchased a Tempo before November 24, 2022: you may cancel your membership at any time

➤ If you joined after November 24, 2022 and did not pre-pay for membership: you may not cancel your membership before the 12 months have elapsed. 

➤ If you pre-paid for membership: you may cancel your membership at any time but are not eligible for a refund for your pre-paid membership
