30-Day Trial Period

Tempo members can contact Member Experience here, by email at hello@tempo.fit, or via phone at +1 (833) 966-1777 to cancel their Tempo membership at any time within the first 30 days of membership.

Managing Your Membership

You can easily manage your membership directly through your online account. This includes updating your billing details, pausing your membership, or canceling your membership. Simply log in to your account to access these options.

Pausing Your Membership

You may pause your membership for up to 3 months, continuously or cumulatively, per 12-month period. Pausing your membership does not count towards your 12-month commitment. You can pause your membership by contacting Tempo at hello@tempo.fit or via phone at +1 (833) 966-1777
